Carl Vincent
Carl Vincent is a two-time graduate of Oral Roberts University, receiving his undergraduate degree in Business Administration in 1985, as well as an MBA in finance in 1988. He has been a part of the commercial real estate community in Northeast Oklahoma since 1985. His involvement in the industry started as a market analyst for a local brokerage and progressed to his current position as General Manager and Leasing Representative for CityPlex Towers. He is an active member of the Oklahoma Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) organization. Over the years he has served as BOMA Tulsa President from 2001-2003, BOMA Southwest Region President from 2003-2004, President of IFMA Tulsa from 2006 – 2008, President of NAIOP Tulsa in 2009 and was awarded the Scott Sanditen NAIOP Tulsa Member of the Year Award in 2010 and 2013. Carl served as a mayoral appointee to the City of Tulsa Building, Housing and Fire Prevention Code Appeals Board from 1997 to 2013. He is currently the Sergeant-at-Arms for the Rotary Club of Tulsa and his other non-profit activities include having served as President of Tulsa Zoo Friends in 2005, Secretary/Treasurer of the Rotary Club of Tulsa in 2014 and as a recently-appointed member of the Board of Trustees and Facilities Committee at Asbury Methodist Church. He is a graduate of Leadership Tulsa Class 28. Selected as Professor of the Year in 1994, Carl served as an adjunct professor of Marketing, Economics and Entrepreneurship at Southern Nazarene University from 1991 – 2001.
