He grew up in local family business and started his own environmental engineering company. Next, he accepted a management position at John Wieland Homes to design and build breathtaking communities such as Woodmont, Rivergreen, Reunion, Providence, Legacy, Ivey Walk, Heritage at Roswell, Vinings Estates, Alstead and many more excellent communities. Later, he joined Pulte Homes as Director of Community Development and created neighborhoods such as the Woodlands, Legacy on the River Line, Crabapple Registry, and Park Avenue. Finally, Carl decided to leave corporate to put more focus on the individual home buyer. He started selling residential home in 2006 and is now one of the top producing agents in Metro Atlanta.
