Candice Wells

Ms. Wells’ real estate experience spans over the last 40 years. Former President of a property management company, managing $1 Billion of assets including office, multi-family, hospitality, mixed-use, retail and industrial properties. Ms. Wells previously held a securities license with the NASD (FINRA). She was President of a Broker/Dealer firm specializing in the sale of private real estate limited partnerships. In her capacity of Partner/Executive Vice President of a privately held real estate investment firm she facilitated the acquisition and financing of over $500 Million of assets. During the early years of her career, Ms. Wells’ experience includes acquisitions analyst for a Chicago developer in the conversion of apartments to condos and co-ops in Chicago, New York and Florida.
