In August 2019, Camille Julmy joined Bob Wislow, his partner of 42 years, to form a new real estate venture called Parkside Realty Inc. The real estate veterans oversee their portfolio and develop new projects, such as Fulton East, a 12-story, 90,000 SF office and retail building under construction, located at 215 N Peoria, in the heart of Chicago’s Fulton Market. Camille was directly involved in major investment and financing transactions as well as major urban retail leasing in Chicago, including the largest Starbucks Roastery on Michigan Avenue. Camille co-founded U.S. Equities Realty with Robert Wislow in 1978, which together with their partner Nancy Pacher grew to be the largest privately-owned commercial real estate services firm in Chicago. Over the years, he has been involved in many organizations including the Magnificent Mile Association, the Executive Club of Chicago, AFIRE (The Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate), the Chicago-Lucerne Sister Cities, the Swiss Club of Chicago, the Swiss American Business Council and the Midwest Board of UNICEF. Camille was born and raised in Fribourg, Switzerland, he attended the College St. Michel where he received a Diploma of Commerce, and the University of Fribourg where he received a Bachelor of Science in Economics.
