Having family in the commercial real estate business gave Cameron that early desire to focus his career on real estate. In 2013 he started his real estate career with another commercial real estate firm in Bakersfield. He began his real estate career at Colliers International | Central California in 2014, joining the already successful Bakersfield Office Properties Team.. Specializing in general and medical office and light office/warehouse, he enjoys locating properties for his clients in the most strategic geographic position for their business. He utilizes an honest and straightforward approach to making a client's deal happen. Because each deal and each client's needs are different, he makes a commitment to strive for excellence and provide the best experience and service to his client and provide the best outcome for their transaction. Cameron is part of one of the most successful office teams in the Bakersfield market. He continues to thrive in a career he finds interesting, challenging and rewarding. With his can-do approach, he was able to achieve his first top performer award in 2016 (his second year with the firm) and has been a Top Performer each year since.
