Caleb Powell

Caleb is a member of JLL Florida’s Retail Advisory Services team. Caleb is a native Floridian, born and raised in Daytona Beach, FL. Caleb works with other members of Florida’s Retail Advisory Services team on both key agency leasing and tenant representation assignments, providing high-value support to both his internal teammates and the firm’s clients. Prior to joining JLL, Caleb served in the U.S. Air Force as a Lead Firefighter for 6 Years at Hurlburt Field, Air Force Base. Nearing the end of Caleb’s Air Force career, he participated in the DoD Skill Bridge program, which allowed him to participate in a 5-month internship at JLL. In that time, Caleb was able to work directly with multiple brokers in JLL’s Orlando office, with a focus on Tenant Representation, where he assisted with site search and selection, preliminary underwriting and due diligence, as well as assisting in closing transactions.
