Cale Miller is an executive vice president at Hughes Marino, an industry-leading commercial real estate firm that solely represents tenants and buyers—never landlords. Cale assists tenants in better understanding how to utilize the space they currently have and might need in the future as they continue to grow. Over his 19+ year career, Cale has worked with tenants from a multitude of industries including technology companies, law firms and other professional users of office space. Cale brings a different approach to users of real estate that adds deep thinking to the upfront portion of tenants’ occupancy and strategic planning. With experience in a variety of industries and situations, Cale enjoys working with all types of businesses, from startups to Fortune 500 companies, and has transacted leases in nearly every continent and in over 40 countries. Cale grew up in Oregon and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing from University of Arizona, where he is still active as a past president of the Northern California Baycats Alumni Association and a current board member. Upon graduation, Cale moved to San Francisco to begin his career in commercial real estate. Cale and his wife, Lauren, live in the Presidio Heights neighborhood with their daughter, Briley, and son, Bodie. In his free time, Cale loves spending time with his family, traveling, skiing, hiking, golfing and enjoys trying out new food in the Bay Area as well as during their many family trips around the globe.
