ABOUT

Cale joined the nationally known retail team at Bennett Williams Commercial in January of 2021 after graduating from Lebanon Valley College with a Master’s in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Neuroscience. During his time at Lebanon Valley College, he was a 4-year member of the University’s football team as well as a coach for one. Currently, Cale is a licensed agent providing assistance and support to the senior agents of the firm in both Tenant and Landlord Representation. Presently, Cale has had the opportunity to represent high profile retailers such as Popeyes, Arby’s, Rutters, Dollar General, Tidal Wave Auto Spa, Taco Bell and Advance Auto Parts. He is responsible for building and maintaining regional and national relationships in efforts to expand the footprint of the aforementioned retailers throughout the state of Pennsylvania. Cale also assists in the leasing efforts of dozens of retail and land properties across Central PA. These projects range from existing building retrofits to single tenant net lease properties to large multi-tenant properties including anchored shopping centers, high profile land, and new development projects. Cale takes great pride in building everlasting relationships with his team and clients. He is an active member of ICSC and Retail Brokers Network and attends all the local and national events each year. Outside of real estate, Cale is a Mixed Martial Arts advocate and serves as an Independent Consultant/Athlete Agent for a multitude of athletes in this industry.
