Caitlin Little has specialized in Tenant Representation and Strategic Consulting assignments since joining CBRE in 2013. Caitlin is highly involved in operations across all business lines, specializing in creating customized management strategies to support long-term client strategies. Her ongoing work specifically constitutes managing three key national accounts (National University, Southern California Gas Company, and MedImpact), and leading transitions to CBRE brokerage services for Southern California-based companies. In the last 5 years, Caitlin has represented tenants in over 4 million SF of transaction space, totaling over $1 billion in lease consideration. Caitlin has developed effective strategic plans and feasibility studies, brokered local and worldwide property transactions, and coordinated consultant teams on tightly-run projects. Through a series of high-level, mission-critical assignments, Caitlin has accumulated one of the most robust understandings of real estate strategy in Southern California.
