Cade McDonald

Cade McDonald serves as one of the firm’s investment and user sales brokers where he specializes in the acquisition and disposition of industrial properties throughout the Southeastern United States. Additionally, Cade serves as Principal of Hughes Development Partners where he leads market research, site selection, entitlement, and investor relations. Cade began his real estate career in 2007 as a principal and landlord of an industrial loft office redevelopment. Cade received an MBA from Emory University and a BBA in International Business from the University of Georgia. He is a licensed Georgia Real Estate Salesperson and a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. Previously, Cade founded, grew over sixteen years and exited an Atlanta based ecommerce company called AchooAllergy.com.
