Prior to joining CBC, C.B. was an officer in the U.S. Marine Corps for over four years. After serving in Desert Shield and combat operations in Desert Storm, he went into mortgage operations as an appraiser and underwriter. C.B. and his family arrived in Texas in 2003 when he joined the leadership team at USAA. During his 16 years with the company, he led several financial services teams, including mortgage sales and operations and USAA's Real Estate Referral Network, where he gained his passion for the real estate industry. Originally from Wichita, Kansas, C.B. has resided in Fair Oaks Ranch since 2003, where he and his wife of 32 years have raised four wonderful adult children and three loving dogs.
