Byron joined Porter Realty in 2002 with eight years of previous technical sales experience. As a firm vice president, Byron provides clients with extensive experience in land brokerage, investment analysis and sale/leaseback services as well as commercial and industrial sales and leasing. Byron holds the industrial specialist designation from SIOR, the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, and also serves as president of the Virginia SIOR chapter. He has been recognized as a top commercial broker by the Richmond Association of Realtors, and named a CoStar Power Broker. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, and is a member of St. Mary’s Episcopal Church. Byron graduated from Radford University in 1992 with a B.S. in Journalism.
