Bunny’s real estate career of over 30 years consists of specializing in retail project leasing and asset enhancement. Tenant representation throughout Houston, Dallas and US (client specific). Bunny has represented owners, shopping center owners, retailers and out parcel users in marketing, leasing, repositioning, disposition and sale of retail real estate. She has a proven understanding of REIT, pension fund, institutional and private owner’s needs and requirements to accurately set and meet budgets and leasing goals. Bunny has a BBA in Management and Economics from Houston Baptist University. Bunny is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and in community and fundraising organizations for Houston and Dallas.
