Budd Wiesenberg is a Vice President in CBRE’s Stamford, CT office. In this position, he acts as an advisor and transactional agent in the leasing, acquisition and disposition of commercial space and properties on behalf of both tenants and owners, buyers and sellers, and for corporate clients throughout the Tri-State area with a focus on Westchester and Fairfield counties. By leveraging CBRE’s global platform, Mr. Wiesenberg has successfully managed complex transactions across the United States and in Europe. Mr. Wiesenberg has taken part in transactions on behalf of businesses spanning a diverse range of industries, and as a result, is well-versed in the occupancy objectives of users of many sizes and geographic locations.
