Bud Ballard

He has a knack for investment acquisition, especially value-add opportunities, and has completed over 80 transactions. Bud attended Auburn University, where he obtained a B.S. in Economics and worked for the Auburn Fire Department for 5 years. Bud is originally from the Decatur area of Atlanta and has lived in Birmingham since 2011. He and his wife Katherine reside in Crestwood with their daughter, Eloise (2), and two dogs, Sandy and Baby. Bud’s family likes to travel as often as they can. They also enjoy hiking and going outdoors. An interesting fact about Bud is, he has had the privilege of fostering and adopting out many dogs over the years, most of whom were found on properties Bud toured or listed.
