My diverse experience in real estate begun over 30 years ago. I gained my salesman and then brokers license while in college at the University of Florida. After graduation, I entered the family business of owning and operating Crown Wine and Spirits. This focused my career into owning, leasing, building, buying and selling commercial real estate. During this period, RealtyMasters was created. This allowed for the opportunity to engage in buying and selling commercial real estate beyond our liquor store portfolio including single tenant commercial retail and grocery anchored retail centers. We have continued to expand into property management and the sale of liquor stores and Florida alcoholic beverage licenses.
