Bubba Harkins

Henry “Bubba” Harkins is an Executive Vice President on the Investor Leasing team in CBRE’s Houston office. Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Harkins was a Senior Vice President for JLL’s Agency Leasing Team specializing in the leasing and marketing of Class A office projects. Mr. Harkins has twenty years of experience leasing multi-building projects, trophy assets, new developments and speculative office buildings. Prior to joining JLL, Mr. Harkins held leasing positions with Cousins Properties, Crescent Real Estate Equities, and Granite Properties in Houston. He brings a strategic perspective and proactive approach to the marketing and leasing of assets on behalf of his clients.
