Bryon Culbertson

Prior to joining Joyner Commercial, Bryon was the Founder and President of Investment Concepts, Inc., a boutique financial planning firm focused on guiding individuals and businesses to reach their goals. Bryon began this endeavor in 1995, after a rigorous multi-year training program with a successful brokerage firm. Bryon has also developed and implemented, Excellence in Business (EIB), a training program to assist small businesses achieve success. This 9 month educational series included presentations by local community businesses on a variety of topics, such as branding, writing business plans, staffing, etc. Bryon currently serves on many boards including the Commerce Club, and The Heart Ball. He has also worked with the Easley Chamber of Commerce, NAIOP, and the Big Brothers and Big Sisters organization (to name a few). Recently, Bryon also hosted the SC Republican Party Stump meeting, at the request of the SC Ways & Means Committee. In his spare time, Bryon enjoys spending time with his grandson and fishing.
