Since starting in 2015, he has quickly become known as a knowledgeable and hardworking agent among his competitors by providing the highest level of service to his clients. He is able to assist his clients in a multitude of areas including site selection for purchasers and tenants, lease renewals and expansions, relocations, subleases, terminations, and industrial land and building sale transactions. He prides himself on his ability to exceed the expectations of his clients and provide creative forward thinking solutions in order to facilitate industrial transactions. Before joining Avison Young, Bryce earned a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration focused in Finance from Bowling Green State University. While attending Bowling Green, he was an integral member of the Division 1 Men's Hockey Team, while also graduating with Honor's with Distinction.
