Bryce Terveen

In 2005, Bryce Terveen joined CB Richard Ellis to focus his efforts on office leasing throughout the Phoenix metro area. Specializing in Tenant Representation/Corporate Services, Bryce assists his clients in developing and implementing effective real estate solutions that support their business objectives. Mr. Terveen and his team have developed a strategic process that encompasses multiple integrated services that include the following: strategic planning portfolio optimization lease administration facility acquisition/disposition financial consulting lease restructuring project/facility management By leveraging these services and his market expertise, Mr. Terveen executes comprehensive real estate strategies and consistently delivers results. Mr. Terveen is known for his deep market knowledge, commitment to detail and attention to client priorities. These characteristics provide his clients with a high degree of value-added service which help them reduce risk while controlling long-term occupancy costs. Bryce also serves as the Western Division Director for the Associate Broker Office Network (“ABON”), an international network within CB Richard Ellis that is comprised of young professionals dedicated to advancing the company platform and enhancing new and existing relationships. Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Bryce enjoyed a successful six-year career as a professional baseball player catching for the Atlanta Braves and Seattle Mariners. He is also active within his community as well as his church.
