Bryan joined First Capital Property Group, Inc. (FCPG) as a Sales and Leasing Analyst in 2021 and now jointly serves as a Sales & Leasing Associate and Brokerage Operations Manager. He is an integral member of the Brokerage team, navigating inbound leads, facilitating tours, as well as drafting and reviewing LOIs and PSAs for a portfolio with over 1.1 million SF in the past year. Recent notable projects include Hunt Industrial Park (Groveland), Cross Ridge Exchange (Clermont), Stoneybrook Exchange (Winter Garden), among others. Bryan also assists with brokerage operations to help the FCPG team better serve it’s clients by implementing technology solutions, building processes to increase efficiency, managing deal pipelines, and undertaking market research and analysis.
