Raul Walters Properties Bryan began his career as an intern at Raul Walters Properties and was hired full time as Marketing Coordinator and Junior Leasing Agent. Bryan became part of a company featuring a portfolio of 30+ properties. In his time with RWP, he was able to hone his skills as he assisted with development, property management, leasing, collections, and marketing. Cassidy Turley (Colliers Turley Martin Tucker) Bryan expanded into tenant representation through Cassidy Turley’s Corporate Solutions department, representing multiple Fortune 1000 companies. In this role, Bryan successfully completed hundreds of transactions totaling over 400,000 square feet and more than $9,000,000 in Lease value. During the recession, he was also called upon to renegotiate leases and handle dispositions leading to more than $2,500,000 in savings for his clients.
