Bryan Davis

Originally from Chevy Chase, Maryland, Bryan joined H&R Retail in 2015 as a retail specialist concentrating in both landlord and tenant representation in the Baltimore, Washington, DC, Richmond, and Northern Virginia markets. In his tenant representation experience, Bryan has assisted several tenants with their market entry into the D.C. Market including, Duluth Trading Company, Marco’s Pizza, Dog Haus, World of Beer, iFly Indoor Skydiving, Rutter’s Gas & Convenience and Aillea. He also has the pleasure of working with 2nd & Charles, Ruth’s Chris, Great Clips, Merlin Entertainment, The Habit Burger, Weis Markets, European Wax, Shopper’s World, BibiBop, Aillea and Andretti Racing on their market expansion strategies. In his landlord representation, Bryan has listed properties on behalf of Acadia, Boston Properties, Buchannan Partners, Gould Property Trust, Finmarc, Kimco, N.V. Retail, Madison Marquette, Met Life & InvenTrust. Bryan graduated from Rollins College in 2010 and moved back to Washington D.C. where he currently resides in Georgetown with Mac, his chocolate lab.
