Over his 18+ years in the business, he has closed over a quarter billion dollars in sales of apartments, development projects, and triple-net retail exchanges ranging from 4-plexes to larger syndicated and institutionally-owned apartment complexes. His dedication to his client’s interests, market intelligence, and firm negotiation strategy have impressed his clients. Thanks to his attention to detail and transaction experience he has never been named in a lawsuit, and has never had a dissatisfied client. Prior to joining Compass Commercial, Mr. Danforth has worked at Marcus & Millichap where he excelled in their renowned training program, quickly earned associate status and was admitted to the National Multi-Housing Group. He then worked for Cushman & Wakefield (formerly Cassidy Turley/DTZ) where he quickly rose through the ranks to be promoted to Vice President. And most recently Newmark (formerly Cornish & Carey) where he continued to expand his reach and expertise in local markets and 1031 exchanges. Mr. Danforth currently lives in Mountain View where he owns and manages his rental property. Alongside his brokerage career, Bryan has also invested in several apartment buildings throughout the Silicon Valley.
