WT Bryan Butler is a North Carolina native who earned a liberal arts degree from Davidson College and masters degree from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He began his career as a marketing executive at Bank of America and led sales/ marketing initiatives for 6 years at LendingTree from its IPO and through its buyout by Interactive Corp. . In 2006, he started his first business, Fidelity Properties Group, and led the acquisition and disposition of 15 commercial properties over a 4 year period. He has managed over 100,000 SF of flex/ warehouse space and 3 limited liability companies. In his real estate career, he has represented investors and businesses in the purchase, sale and leasing of commercial real estate. More recently, he joined MECA Commercial Real Estate to consult with clients about their individual real estate needs. Outside of work Bryan has enjoyed taking adventure vacations (climbed Kilimanjaro) and spending time with his wife and three redheaded girls. Bryan has also served on the Stratford Richardson YMCA Board of Managers and First Presbyterian Church Board of Deacons where he led their stewardship campaign in 2009. He has been an avid soccer coach for Charlotte Junior Rec Soccer. He has a strong interest in investing in Charlotte youth to prepare them for the skills needed in our new economy.
