Prior to joining Franklin Street, he served as an Associate with Marcus & Millichap’s national retail group and net lease properties group. He is a market expert in preparing financial and market analysis reports for investment properties across the nation as well as extensive research of market conditions and trends. Since starting his career, Mr. Belk has assisted the team in the closings of more than 700 properties. Active in the commercial real estate community, he is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Young Atlanta Retail Alliance (YARA), and the Association of Young Real Estate Professionals (AYREP). A graduate of North Carolina State University, Mr. Belk has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a focus on Economics and is a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Alabama.
