Bruce Wallace

Bruce Wallace joined Colliers International in 2008 as an Associate in the Retail Services Group. Prior to joining Colliers, Bruce was an Associate with Houston-based MSC Properties, Inc. At MSC, Bruce was responsible for a variety of commercial real estate transactions, including retail and office project leasing, tenant/client representation, site selection and land sales. Bruce offers his clients a solid track record of superior performance with outstanding results. His personal integrity and strong work ethic are at the core of his commitment to bring the highest level of professionalism to every assignment Education Bruce received a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Communications and a minor in Business Administration from Baylor University. Achievements Professional Affiliations Bruce is a licensed commercial real estate salesperson in the State of Texas. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Houston Association of Realtors (HAR). He is also a member of the Baylor University Alumni Association.
