With his Real Estate License in both Missouri and Kansas since 2006, Bruce has worked on sales, Tenant leasing and specifically investment grade commercial properties for his clients. Armed with research “best practices”, he has been able to apply past experiences to help the owner/investment groups he works with. Finding the right property that fits each group’s criteria, some looking for “Cash-on-Cash” returns while others looking for “Internal-Rate-of –Return”, he has been able to filter the investment grade properties to meet their expectations. Building different investment structures including self-directed IRA programs to include commercial real estate, he has worked to provide multiple investment options for his clients. He writes monthly articles about commercial real estate translating the complexity of sales and leasing, purchase options and real estate market conditions for Kansas City. Additionally, he conducts seminars, “Lunch & Learn” on what you need to know about commercial real estate.
