Currently Broker/Owner of Commercial Realty Specialists LLC, He has been the Broker for Creighton Realty (Cape Coral); a Vice President at Welsh Companies Florida (Naples), a commercial real estate brokerage; Managing Partner of TMA International, a Washington DC-based business strategic planning consulting firm; an Associate at Booz, Allen & Hamilton, and a Senior Engineer A at Westinghouse Electric Corporation. He uses his expertise to assess opportunities for investors and to aggressively market properties, helping to maximize the benefits to his clients from the sale or lease of their property. His market analysis experience often aids prospective purchasers or tenants in site selection. In addition to his experience, he has a BS in Engineering (Univ. of Illinois), an MBA (Katz Graduate School of Busines, Univ. of Pittsburgh), an MS Engineering (Carnegie Mellon Univ.), and Appraisal Studies Certification (George Washington University), which provide skills that he utilizes to aid potential buyers in maximizing the benefits of an existing facility and assessing the value of potential acquisitions and divestitures.
