Bruce Miller

Bruce is Vice President of MFC Properties corporation and has over 27 years of commercial real estate experience in development, leasing, land entitlement and sales, property management, financing, and construction management. Bruce started at MFC Properties in 1990 and now oversees the entire organization providing strategic guidance to assure the MFC real estate portfolio meets its long term goals and objectives. Mr. Miller is also a principal/partner in several joint venture real estate entities owning medical office and multi-tenant office income producing properties as well as commercial land with development potential. In the past several years, Bruce has catered to the medical industry as a joint venture partner, broker, and consultant. Bruce received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Real Estate from St. Cloud State University in St. Cloud, MN. e is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and also served as a director for the Minnesota/South Dakota CCIM Chapter. Bruce is a licensed Real Estate Broker and a member of the Minnesota Shopping Center Association, National Association if Realtors and Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors
