Bruce entered commercial real estate in 1979 as a property manager for 3.5M SF in Colorado Springs and leasing manager for 1.8M SF in Denver, Colorado. He created Building Interests, Inc. in 1990 with operations in Albuquerque and Santa Fe, New Mexico, managing and leasing office, industrial and retail properties up to 1.6M SF. Bruce is a CCIM, and Certified Appraiser. He is also a Real Estate Broker in New Mexico and Colorado.
