Bruce Lister

Mr. Lister has spent the last decade in the real estate investment brokerage industry. Coming from an accounting and finance background, he transitioned into the commercial real estate arena spending 4 years with a national brokerage firm specializing in self-storage and multifamily properties. In 2008 Mr. Lister joined Income Property Organization and is focused on expanding IPO self-storage and multifamily brokerage services across Michigan. His distinguished track record encompasses over $20,000,000 in sales of self-storage facilities (representing in excess of 150,000 square feet), including dozens of apartment transactions. Additional credentials include classwork for the prestigious CCIM designation. Mr. Lister has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration-Accounting from Central Michigan University, and a Master’s Degree in Finance from Walsh College.
