Bruce Langguth
Bruce brings over 30 years of successful sales and customer service experience to Global Real Estate Advisors, with many satisfied clients in the Northeast Ohio area. Joining forces with the Global team enables Bruce to manage sales and leases of commercial and industrial properties in an area of familiarity. Bruce’s uncommon and varied background allows him to see each client as a unique assignment. Having experience with distributorships, retail, manufacturing, warehousing, and management, he understands the workings of many businesses, allowing him to meet his client’s real estate needs. He uses this expertise to help direct clients’ decision-making with practicality and future growth considerations at the forefront. Bruce addresses all facets of commercial real estate including property sales, leases, valuations, subleasing, build-to-suit properties, When his mind is not on real estate, Bruce is on the board of the Mentor Figure Skating Club and the Greater Cleveland Council of FSC’s, serving as Treasurer of both organizations. His formal training in the music field has him playing with various community bands and orchestras in Greater Cleveland.
