Bruce Johnson, CCIM

Bruce Johnson is a lifelong Kansas City resident and has been actively involved in office leasing and sales since 1990. He started his career with Prudential CRES Commercial Real Estate, joined Block Real Estate Services in 2009 and Lee & Associates in 2023. In 2005 Bruce obtain the CCIM designation. Bruce was a member of the CCIM Kansas City Chapter board of directors from 2012-2018 and served as chapter president in 2018. He served as CCIM region 5 first vice president in 2019 and as region 5 vice president and member of the board or directors at the CCIM institute in 2020. Bruce specializes in the sales and leasing of office properties as well as office tenant representation and real estate investment throughout the metropolitan Kansas City area.
