Bruce Granger is a Senior Vice President in NAI Hiffman’s Industrial Services Group. Bruce works with owners, developers, and tenants in the sale and leasing of industrial properties and land in the Chicago area with a focus in the Northwest Cook and I-90 Northwest corridor areas. Bruce also works with many corporate clients on real estate assignments throughout the Midwest. Bruce’s successes include the sales and leasing of several major office/research industrial parks in the Chicago suburban area, including Commerce Point of Arlington Heights (70-acre development), Addison Business Center (79-acre development), Fox Bluff Business Park of Elgin (130-acre development), Elgin Corporate Center (116-acre development) and Sycamore Prairie Business Park, Sycamore, IL, as well as build-to-suit projects. He has worked closely with numerous corporations with national locations and has established himself as a consistent NAI top performer. Bruce was previously with Grubb & Ellis for 27 years and received the “Circle of Excellence Award” as one of the top producers in the nation for many years. While at Grubb & Ellis, he was also a member of the President’s Council which was awarded to individuals who have consistently proven themselves as top performers. Before his tenure in real estate, he had a successful tenure as General Manager of Continental Industries, Inc. In addition to his numerous responsibilities, he was involved in the acquisition and management of 8 multi-state locations. Prior to that assignment, Bruce served as President of his own sales and marketing company. Bruce’s background is further enhanced by his 3 years of full-time teaching experience at the university level (Ph.D. in Sociology). His background in the industry, sales, and people is a tremendous asset in the real estate field. Bruce, his wife Roberta, and their daughter live in Hinsdale, Illinois. Together they are involved in numerous professional and community groups. He is a pilot and enjoys aviation as well as motorcycling and traveling.
