Bruce Boykin

Bruce H. Boykin, CPM has over twenty years of experience in real estate and currently serves as Senior Asset Manager at RP James Center, LLC, where he oversees leasing, operations, and capital improvements for the James Center in Richmond, Virginia. Prior to joining James Center, Bruce was Vice President and General Manager of Eck Enterprises, Inc., a private real estate firm focused on acquiring and developing properties in Richmond’s Historic Fan District. Bruce earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Economics from Randolph-Macon College and an MBA in Real Estate and Urban Land Development from Virginia Commonwealth University. He holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation and is an active member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and the Greater Richmond Association for Commercial Real Estate (GRACRE).
