Bruce Boykin

Bruce earned a Bachelor's degree in Business/Economics from Randolph-Macon College in 1994, followed by an MBA in Real Estate and Urban Land Development from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2002. He achieved his Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation in 2014, demonstrating his commitment to excellence and professionalism in the field. In his current role at RP James Center, LLC, Bruce is responsible for overseeing the James Center property in Richmond, Virginia. His duties include managing leasing, renovations, and day-to-day operations. Prior to joining RP James Center, LLC, Bruce served as Vice President and General Manager of Eck Enterprises, Inc., a private real estate corporation focused on acquiring and developing residential units in the Historic Fan District of Richmond. During his 19-year tenure with Eck Enterprises, Bruce oversaw acquisition and development, entitlements, construction management, and the management of office and maintenance staff. Bruce is an active member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and the Greater Richmond Association for Commercial Real Estate (GRACRE).
