EXPERIENCE As the founder and Director of the Retail Division, as well as a Vice President and Principal of Signature Associates, Bruce specializes in representing national and regional retailers, landlords, developers, and investors in the sale and leasing of freestanding properties, all types of shopping centers, multi-parcel land assemblages, investment sales, and development opportunities. With more than 25 years of experience in the industry, Bruce has been involved in all aspects of the real estate transaction and has lengthy relationships with many national retailers such as Panera Bread, with whom he has worked for almost 20 years, assisting the brand with their growth across Michigan. The length of his relationships is a tribute to the trust and faith his clients have in him. He has also become a specialist in designing rollout and expansion plans for existing retailers as well as those looking to enter the Michigan and Northern Ohio markets.
