Received his Masters Degree in Biology in early 2011. From there he began his Real Estate career managing multi-res development projects in Southern Ontario. Brooks became a licensed agent in 2014 where he discovered his passion for Commercial Real Estate. Brooks specializes in office leasing as well as disposition and acquisition services in Waterloo Region. By combining thorough market insight with creative solutions, he offers in-depth knowledge of the local real estate environment.
