Brooks embodies Cresa’s purpose – “think beyond space” – by offering flexible strategies that enhance his clients’ business by reducing cost, enhancing employee engagement and improving productivity. Additionally, Brooks leverages his extensive industry expertise to oversee the professional development of other advisors in the Atlanta office. Prior to his career in real estate, Brooks was with Enterprise Holdings, a $17 billion global transportation company where he held several leadership positions and oversaw a variety of brands in multiple markets. It was here that Brooks became an expert in business strategy, market analysis, site selection, negotiation, P&L management and more.
