Brody O'Keefe

Brody O’Keefe joined Newmark in 2016 as a Director in the firm’s Seattle office, where he focuses on tenant representation in office leasing and investment sales throughout the Puget Sound. O’Keefe’s background in finance, real estate development, and lease analysis has assisted in consulting both local and global clients through the region’s evolving real estate market. He brings to the firm experience from hundreds of lease transactions along with over $250 million in property sales. Prior to Newmark, O’Keefe started his career at CBRE in research then later as an Associate, where he specialized in tenant representation and investment advisory services. In 2014, he was CBRE’s Rookie of the Year for the Puget Sound region.
