Brittney McCarthy specializes in investment sales of retail and office properties in Los Angeles. Over her career she has developed many relationships advising owners of premier single-tenant, multi-tenant, mixed-use, and urban infill retail properties. Brittney also works with many clients assisting them with their tax-deferred 1031 & 1033 Exchanges locally and out of state. At Kidder Mathews, Brittney works with top producers Darrell R. Levonian and Tanel Harunzade, known for a wide range of significant transactions across Southern California. Her depth of real estate knowledge combined with a strong background in transactional compliance ensures her clients have a smooth and successful closing process. Brittney graduated from UC Davis with a BS in managerial economics and Gonzaga University with a degree in law.
