Brittany Farrar serves as Associate with CBRE’s Advisory and Transaction Services team in the Greenville market, specializing in owner and occupier office services. As a proven real estate professional, she offers outstanding expertise in customer relations and utilizes her marketing and sales background to help clients find exactly what they’re looking for. According to Brittany’s clients, she goes above and beyond to deliver exceptional communication and customer service, and her dedication to each project is demonstrated through her best in-class work. Within her first year, Brittany has closed over 20 transactions and was recently nominated as Greenville Business Magazine’s 2019 Best and Brightest 35 and Under. Her passion for being involved in the Greenville community has moved her to take on a leadership role with CREW Upstate and become a member of the Greenville County Board of Zoning Appeals. Prior to joining CBRE, Brittany worked at News America Marketing, a subsidiary of News Corp, a marketing services firm that offers multi-channel media capabilities to connect retailers and brands to consumers. She achieved approximately $5 million in annual sales revenue from top national accounts and managed an account list of top CPGs and retailers across the east coast, achieving $8 million in total revenue over 2.5 years. She also renewed high-value agreements with multi-million dollar clients, both top CPGs and key retailers. Brittany is originally from Atlanta, Georgia, but loves being a Greenville resident where she lives with her husband, Batten, and their French bulldog, Bruno.
