Brittany received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) and obtained a Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) from East Carolina University. She attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and studied in the Masters of Real Estate Finance and Development program. She graduated both programs with honors and attributes a lot of her early knowledge to growing up in a family who worked in Development and Land Acquisitions. Brittany has earned her Costar Power Broker designation and is a Top Individual for the Southwest Region at Coldwell Banker Commercial based on closed adjusted gross income commission. Besides being a licensed real estate sales associate in Florida, Brittany has also been licensed and worked in commercial real estate for 10 years in North Carolina. She heavily focuses on off-market transactions, land acquisitions, industrial properties, 1031 exchanges, and NNN investments. Brittany is skilled in property and investment valuation, marketing research, negotiating commercial leases, transaction management, and site analysis. She takes pride in making her clients interests her own by focusing on growth and profitability in every transaction.
