Britt Casey

Britt F. Casey has been an active member of the Chicago Industrial Real Estate Market since 1987. He specializes in working with clients to establish strategic real estate programs, including dispositions and acquisitions of industrial facilities and vacant land within the North DuPage County and O'Hare submarkets. He also has extensive experience in specific analysis and negotiations pertaining to the coordination/negotiation of industrial build-to-suit projects and land development. In 2002 Britt was recruited by Cushman & Wakefield of Illinois, Inc. to be part of its continued growth within its Industrial/Technology Services division. During his career, he has been involved in an excess of 400 transactions valued at over one billion dollars. As a result of his performance, he has established himself as a consistent top producer within the marketplace.
