She has assisted in taking more than thirty companies public on the OTC:BB and helped establish dozens of successful start-ups from 1997 to 2001 while working with a private investment firm headquartered in Las Vegas. She continues to help fledgling businesses get their bearing by assisting with entity formation and organizational structuring. Bridget became engaged in commercial real estate in 2002 when she joined Shea Commercial, a leading developer of office projects throughout the Southwest region of the United States. In her current role as Principal and Broker of record BRAND Real Estate, Richards’ strategy focuses on matchmaking people and properties that are well-suited for each other. She researches where demand emanates and applies macro-economic trends to the local market. She brings her ideas to life by nurturing strong client relationships and advising investors based on her assessments. Throughout the process, she not only considers what businesses have been successful in Southern Nevada, but also what businesses are desirable for the market, ie. what and where demand is originating. Bridget Richards has sold over $750,000,000 in transaction volume since 2004. Many of those sales were owner-users of condo-style commercial properties in the Office and Light Industrial specialties, sold to local business owners and financed with SBA lending.
