Brice Bradshaw

Brice is a graduate of the University of Kansas where he studied political science and history. However, it was career experience with a privately held multifaceted property portfolio that led him to a career in commercial real estate. This experience included working in acquisitions across multiple states. Brice has now accumulated more than 14 years of commercial real estate practice, and is highly specialized in the apartment market of the greater Kansas City area. Brice lives in Leawood with his wife, Laurie, and two younger children – Sophea and Brodye. Their eldest son, Kobe, is a student at KU. Brice spends much of his free time involved with his children’s various teams, both as a spectator and as a coach. Brice has also volunteered time to benefit our state juvenile justice system and children’s services, and served on the board of directors and as a national office holder for the Coalition for Juvenile Justice.
