Brian Wilcox

Brian Wilcox joined Holladay Properties in 2011 and is the Director of Brokerage Services for all of Holladay’s brokerage activity in the state of Florida. Out of Holladay’s office in Winter Park, FL, he is responsible for all development, marketing, leasing, tenant, and landlord representation activity. Prior to joining Holladay, Mr. Wilcox was Director of Leasing for DASCO Companies based in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. With DASCO, Mr. Wilcox was responsible for leasing efforts of DASCO’s third party clients as well as DASCO’s leasing efforts for their own medical office developments in Greenville, SC, Richmond, VA, and Denver, CO. Mr. Wilcox is a graduate of The Florida State University with degrees in Finance and Multinational Business Operations. Outside of work, Brian enjoys playing golf and spending time with his wife and three children.
