Brian Wallace

Brian is a native of Chapel Hill, NC and joined York Commercial in December of 2007. Brian came to York Commercial from a Raleigh based student housing developer where he practiced residential and investment real estate since 2001. A graduate of the College of Charleston in Charleston, SC, Brian has real estate experience throughout the Carolina's. Brian's current focus ranges from office and industrial properties, to investment, land brokerage and retail representation. Brian is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors, the Urban Land Institute and is a CCIM Candidate while pursuing his designation. Brian currently resides in Raleigh, NC with wife Helen.
