Brian Tapp, SIOR, CCIM

Brian Tapp is a First Vice President at CBRE in Knoxville, Tennessee. Brian is a Knoxville native with over 16 years of experience in commercial real estate and joined CBRE in 2022 as a member of the newly-formed Knoxville office. His expertise spans industrial sales and leasing, land assemblage for development, retail sales and leasing, tenant representation and corporate real estate services and bank "other real estate owned" (OREO) dispositions. He has been involved in 108 transactions totaling $144 million since 2016. Brian is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designee, a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), and involved in various local non-profits and organizations, including acting as a board member for the Knoxville Chamber of Commerce in the Government Relations and Transportation and Infrastructure committees. He is currently a Director and Commercial Chapter Chair for the Knoxville Area Association of Realtors. Brian has also served as a member of the Executive Board of Directors of the Great Smoky Mountain Council for Boy Scouts of America, Nucleus Knoxville and United Way.
