Brian Sullivan

Brian Sullivan joined Houlihan Parnes Properties as an asset manager and real estate salesperson in 2002. He currently oversees a portfolio of retail, multi-family, cooperative and condominium properties in Westchester County and the tri-state area. Some of his asset management roles include budgeting and financial review, property performance analysis, capital improvement project management, leasing, and sales. His construction experience includes the design and renovation of apartments to maximize rental and sales values. He has completed many capital improvement projects for his portfolio of properties and for 3rd party clients including roof replacement, façade restoration, boiler conversions, re-piping projects, electrical upgrades and other aspects of property improvements. Brian is a NYS licensed real estate salesperson, a member of the national and state board of realtors as well as a member of the Hudson gateway association of realtors. He currently serves on a number of cooperative and condominium boards in the tri-state area as a director. Brian received his bachelor degree in business administration from Manhattan College in 2001.
